2011 was my year to CREATE. And in that year I took every art class I could, and have learned so much. And yet I feel it is just the proverbial tip of the iceberg, and I have so much more to learn. Specifically, I want to take all these great techniques I have been learning and synthesize them into my own personal artistic style. So my word for 2012 is BLOSSOM. I think it sums up what I want for myself both in my personal life and my artistic endeavors. To blossom into the person and artist that I am meant to be. To continue to shed those things that do not serve me, and find what is truly me.
