Just a quick post today before I run to pick up Gabe from preschool. I took this photo last Saturday while Gabe was in Tumbletots class (you see a trend here about when I get work done!) Across the street from the rec centre is a beautiful park with gardens and a small labrynth. The photos in my blog header are from boulders that are placed throughout the labrynth. It's so peaceful there, and I have made it my Saturday ritual to walk the labrynth. Thanks to
Crossroads Hospice for creating such a sacred space.
Hope you find some beauty in your day.

Hi Joyelle
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful! Thanks for the comment on my dominoes. They are easy to do. I used real dominoes, you just collage a picture on using a strong gluestick or paint or stamp or whatever. frame them either with a bit of gold paint or black or whatever takes your fancy and then glaze them with glossy accents from Ranger. That's the bit that finishes them off and makes them look good. Then you stick a broachpin to the back using glossy accents again. You can also make them into necklaces, keyrings or charms obviously.
Have a wonderful Sunday!
