find your center

I'm sensitive. I like the fact that I am sensitive,

because that's what makes me an artist.

I feel deeply, and those intense feelings

translate themselves into my art.

But sometimes I find myself so easily caught up

in other people's emotions, in stressing over the details,

in trying to manage all the errands and chores of life.

I lose myself in the details.

This is just a little reminder to me,

and to you.

To find your center.

Even in those chaotic, frenzied moments.

It is always there.
