Seth Apter's Artist Directory

I love Seth Apter's blog The Altered Page. Seth is a creator of art and a creator of a community. Recently he has created an Art Blog Directory, listing more than 400 art blogs. Here is what Seth has to say about why he created the directory:

I have noticed that many of my old blogging pals no longer post. I have also read many blog posts that talk about missing "the good old days", where the art blog community was truly connected and when people took the time to leave comments and, in doing so, have a genuine conversation.

To that end, I have created an Art Blog Directory. Think of this as your phone book (remember those?) to source out creative bloggers. A home page to begin you search for inspiration on a Sunday morning alongside your cup of coffee.

I am excited to spend some time with Seth's directory. I love discovering new art bloggers, and I do believe that the art blogging community is a really amazing group that I am proud to be part of.
